List of Gainsight Sub-Processors Last Updated: July 13, 2020 Gainsight, Inc. (“Gainsight”) uses Sub-processors to support the provision of certain Gainsight products and services ordered by a Client under an Order Form (the “Services”). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Sub-processor. Capitalized terms used in this documentation are defined in the Gainsight Terms and Conditions and/or Data Processing Addendum. What is a Sub-processor A Sub-processor is any processor engaged by Gainsight, including Gainsight Affiliates, that processes certain Client Data as necessary to support delivery of the Services.
